3. Reservations and Bookings

Enquiries submitted through the app are not confirmed bookings until you receive a written confirmation from our hospitality team. Rates and availability are subject to change.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials within the app are the property of Anubhavati Hospitality and Concierge Pvt Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anubhavati Hospitality and Concierge Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
