Anubhavati Hospitality and Concierge Pvt Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates the Anubhavati Hospitality mobile application and associated services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data – name, email address, and optionally phone number when you register.
• Sign-in data – Google OAuth tokens used solely to verify your identity.
• Profile photo – provided by Google Sign-In (read-only).
• Uploaded files – images you upload through the app stored in Azure Blob Storage.
• Usage data – standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To verify your email address and send transactional emails (e.g., verification links).
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To respond to support requests.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

• Microsoft Azure – cloud infrastructure (database, storage, email via Azure Communication Services).
• Google – for OAuth identity verification only.
• Law-enforcement authorities when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Verification tokens expire after 24 hours. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@anubhavati-hospitality.com. To delete your account and all associated data, use the Delete Account option in the app's Profile settings, or visit our Account Deletion page.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All data is transmitted over TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
